I use this either as a primer on top of or mixed with my normal age targeted moisturiser and am pleased to report I've had so many compliments about my skin. I tend to get very red skin (normally pale) when I drink wine, get hot, eat chilli, or exercise and this really helps to tone things down. Use less than you think you need.
